Bedrock Septic is owned and operated by Cody Rathmell, a Texas-based On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) professional with deep local roots. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is both a Registered Professional Sanitarian and a licensed OSSF Site Evaluator.

With over eight years of experience and more than 1,000 systems designed, Cody brings together practical field knowledge and a strong understanding of local regulations to deliver efficient, code-compliant septic solutions. His approach is practical, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering reliable results for property owners, and builders.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time outdoors, with fishing and mountain biking among his favorite activities. He and his wife, Kristi, often fish along the Texas coast for redfish, speckled trout, and flounder. Cody also has a passion for music and spent over a decade performing across Texas — and occasionally beyond — with the Cody Bryan Band.
